Senior Financial analyst

DiPocket Group is a European Embedded Financial Services provider, complementary to and independent from banks, offering payment and technology infrastructure to corporates, fintech and even smaller credit institutions. Use cases include, amongst others, solutions for funds disbursement, corporate purchases, employee benefits, gift cards, which DiPocket is able to offer both in the EEA and the UK.

DiPocket is currently looking for a qualified and ambitious Senior Financial analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will play a key part in supporting our billing processes and driving improvements to enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include preparing various reports, conducting thorough analysis, and providing valuable interpretations of financial data. We are looking for an individual who is capable of contributing to the growth and success of our company by leveraging their expertise in financial analysis and reporting.

 

What would you do?

  • New Clients setup in the billing system.
  • Participating in month-end closing process: oversee/quality assure generation of billing files for Corporate Clients, financial reports for Accounting team.
  • Participating in the budgeting and forecasting process (in particular Card Scheme costs, cost of sales analysis).
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for cost rationalization, including sanity-checks on 3rd party billing.
  • Preparing various managerial reports tailored for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and supporting reports in Tableau.
  • Continuously enhancing billing processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.

 

What would we expect from you?

  • Experience in financial/business analysis. (minimum 3 years), likely earned in a top tier accounting firm, in business consulting or in a blue-chip corporate environment.
  • Ability to analyze and structure large volume of data to deliver management insights.
  • Self-driven, independent thinker, with drive and ability to review and challenge established practices.
  • Team leadership skills and potential for further advancement as Company develops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in writing reports and making senior management presentations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience with SQL and Tableau would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Senior Accountant

What would you do? 

  • Perform day-to-day general accounting activities, including accounts payable / receivable, fixed assets and general ledger maintenance.
  • Oversee bank reconciliations and ensure they are done in a timely manner and in accordance with the accounting policy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to insure timely and accurate month closing.
  • Mentor and develop junior colleagues, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, statistical reports and participate in preparation of tax compliance processes (including but not limited to VAT, internal and external audit)
  • Other accounting tasks.

 

What would we expect from you? 

  • Education in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT tax regulations, with expertise in Lithuanian GAAP.
  • Experience with the complete accounting cycle, including period-end processes and closings for the company.
  • A proactive personality with a drive to push things forward.
  • Attention to details, effective time management, ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics SL/Navision.
  • Ability to work in a changing dynamic environment.

Lawyer

What would you do?

  • Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures, contribute to the company’s overall compliance strategy.
  • Ensure that existing agreements, procedures and policies are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review, update, and draft different agreements, procedures and policies.
  • Research and interpret laws and regulations.
  • Handle complaints.
  • Perform compliance monitoring activities and follow up on closing identified compliance issues.
  • Assist during audits.
  • Support in day-to-day legal activities.
  • Assist legal and compliance team in dedicated areas of compliance.

What would we expect from you?

  • University degree in law.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience (financial services background, e.g. within FinTechs).
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent team-player and effective communicator.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.
  • Interest in regulatory environment of financial institutions.
  • Good command of Lithuanian and English.

Customer Service Representative

What would you do?

  • Ensure excellent service standards and customer experience.
  • Handle and resolve product usage queries (payment cards, money transfers).
  • Deal directly with Customers by telephone and email.
  • Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Keep records of any interaction with Customers.
  • Follow communication procedures and policies.

What would we expect from you?

  • Friendly, positive and organized person excited to help Customers.
  • Polish, English and Ukrainian language skills (upper intermediate level and higher).
  • Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Basic MS Office software skills.
  • Experience within a call center or customer support is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 2 night shifts per week.
  • Minimum secondary education degree.
