What would you do?
- Ensure excellent service standards and customer experience.
- Handle and resolve product usage queries (payment cards, money transfers).
- Deal directly with Customers by telephone and email.
- Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
- Keep records of any interaction with Customers.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
What would we expect from you?
- Friendly, positive and organized person excited to help Customers.
- Polish, English and Ukrainian language skills (upper intermediate level and higher).
- Strong verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Basic MS Office software skills.
- Experience within a call center or customer support is an advantage but not necessary.
- Ability to work 2 night shifts per week.
- Minimum secondary education degree.
