Your report helps DiPocket uphold high ethical standards and maintain a secure and compliant environment.

Please note that, in line with the recommendations of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Lithuania, this whistleblowing form is confidential, not anonymous. Under the Lithuanian Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers, the formal whistleblower protection regime is linked to a report submitted through the statutory framework rather than through an anonymous channel. The Ethics Correspondent selected from the drop-down menu will take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of your identity.

Reports submitted through the Trust Line will not fall within the formal statutory whistleblower procedure, but DiPocket will apply equivalent protection against retaliation under company policy. However, if you submit your report anonymously, DiPocket may be unable to contact you for follow-up questions or provide updates on the review or investigation.
