Trust Line Reports

The Trust Line is a separate reporting channel from DiPocket’s Whistleblowing Line. It is intended for anyone who wishes to raise a concern, including anonymously, about conduct that may be unethical, improper, or otherwise inconsistent with DiPocket’s standards.

You may use this channel to report concerns about misconduct, fraud, conflicts of interest, regulatory breaches, or other behaviour that does not seem right. This channel is particularly suitable where you wish to raise a concern without identifying yourself.

Reports submitted through the Trust Line will be reviewed carefully and handled as confidentially as possible in line with applicable law and DiPocket’s internal rules. DiPocket prohibits retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith. Where a report is submitted anonymously and the reporter’s identity later becomes known during the review, the same confidentiality and anti-retaliation protections will apply under company policy.

Please provide as much relevant detail as possible to support a proper review. If you choose to remain anonymous, please note that this may limit DiPocket’s ability to ask follow-up questions or provide updates on the outcome.

If you wish to submit a report through DiPocket’s formal whistleblowing procedure, please use the Whistleblowing Line available here. Unlike the Trust Line, the Whistleblowing Line is not anonymous and is intended for reports submitted under the formal whistleblowing framework, regulated under statutory law.

By default, the report will be sent to the Ethics Officer. In case the original concern or issue is directly related to this role or anyhow this represents a conflict of interests, please use the selector nearby to change the recipient.

If you choose to leave the email, name, or phone number fields empty, we guarantee complete anonymity and privacy. We will not intentionally track the source of the report and we do not collect any information that could trace the origin of the report.
